Flex Tailor Return and Refund Policy

At Flex Tailor, we are committed to providing premium menswear and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth process.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted, as we specialize in formalwear and cannot accept items used for events.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label to make the process hassle-free.


Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day exchange window to help you find the right size. Our team is happy to assist with sizing by analyzing your measurements, height, and weight. Simply contact us, and we’ll help you select the best fit or make recommendations based on your needs.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at Flextailor.com@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any questions about sizing.
  2. We’ll review your request and send you a free return label if your item meets our requirements.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the specified window.
