  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Flex Tailor ships to most locations worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs in international shipments.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Flex Tailor offers a 14-day return window and a 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Eligible returns will be provided with a free return shipping label upon approval.
