These navy trousers are cut with a tapered leg, narrowing from the knee to the hem. That is a closer line than the slim-fit pair in the same colour, and it suits a slimmer shoe and a shorter break.
Fabric. 44% nylon, 48% rayon, 8% spandex. Four-way stretch with a matte finish, wrinkle-resistant enough to come out of a car or a chair without a crease across the lap.
Fit and sizing. Waists 28 to 44, cut slim through the seat and thigh and tapered to the hem. Zip fly with a button closure, belt loops, and two welt pockets at the back.
Care. Professional dry clean. Not machine washable.

Sizing note. These run true to waist measurement rather than to vanity sizing, so take the waist you measure. Length is a standard inseam, cut to be hemmed if you want a shorter break, and the stretch means a tailor can take the waist in without the seat pulling.
